At Magnus, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation/payment.
  • Processing time may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city/area and the courier network.
  • External/uncontrollable factors: Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control (for example: courier delays, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, peak season load, or other disruptions).

4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5) Cash on Delivery / Payment Method (Optional)

If you offer COD or prepaid only, mention it here.

  • Payment options will be displayed at checkout.

6) Address & Contact Details (Customer Responsibility)

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout. Magnus is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.

7) Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels

If the courier is unable to deliver after one or more attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply, depending on the case).

8) Tracking

If tracking is available, we will share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

9) Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item is damaged, missing, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at:
