How much is delivery? (Delivery charges kitne hain?)
Rs 190 anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,500 and above; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take? (Order kitne din mein milega?)
We pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 days depending on your city.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? (COD available hai?)
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by Bank Deposit.
How do I track my order? (Order track kaise karun?)
We send tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. You can also tap "Track my order" in the chat on our website and enter your order number and email.
Can I exchange an item? (Exchange ho sakta hai?)
Yes, within 5 days of receiving it, if it is unworn, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 8123434 or email talk@magnus.com.pk first; parcels sent back without a request can't be accepted. Exchange & return policy.
Who pays return shipping? (Wapsi ka courier kharcha kaun dega?)
We do if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
How do refunds work? (Refund kaise milega?)
Once your return is approved, we transfer the refund directly to your bank account, Easypaisa or JazzCash account within 10–15 business days, for both Cash on Delivery and online orders.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do? (Item kharab ya galat aaya hai?)
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +92 339 8123434 or at talk@magnus.com.pk with your order number and clear photos. An unboxing video helps.
Is Magnus jewellery real gold or silver? (Kya ye asli sona ya chandi hai?)
Magnus makes artificial jewellery in gold-tone and silver-tone finishes, and most pieces have an anti-tarnish finish.
