Exchange & Return Policy (Magnus)

At Magnus, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you need an exchange, please review the policy below.

Exchange Window (5 Days)

We offer a 5-day exchange, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

Eligibility (Condition Requirements)

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags intact (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange (Recommended)

To request an exchange, contact us at talk@magnus.com.pk with:

  • Your order number
  • Item name / variant
  • Reason for exchange
  • The item you want in exchange (size/design/color, etc.)

If the requested replacement is available, we will guide you through the exchange process and confirm next steps.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is accepted:

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
  • No amount will be charged on your return if item found defective. 

If the replacement item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative option (if you agree) or proceed with a return/refund according to our refund process.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (including certain fragrance/beauty items) where applicable
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.

Quick Note (Fastest Option)

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request an exchange first. If you prefer, you can also return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at talk@magnus.com.pk.
